"My body doesn’t dictate who I am and it certainly can’t contain the entirety of my spirit and experience. No one’s body can. When you interact with someone, try to leave out your bias over their body, be it their gender, their size or something else entirely. If you don’t know how someone identifies, ask. If someone isn’t the size you think they should be, keep that judgment to yourself. It isn’t helpful to the other person to hear it and sometimes it just hurts them more. What you see in others may not be how they see themselves. When we label and classify someone based entirely around how we perceive their body, we miss out on who they actually are. I am not, never was, and never will be, just a body."
