My body is a cage that keeps me from dancing with the one I love but my mind holds the key When we come to this Earth we leave the beautiful warmth, love, joy and connection with spirit. We take on this body and ground ourselves in pain and suffering that this plane comes with. but my mind holds the key - Our mind is the connection to God and to spirit. It is our telephone through which we can get back to that beautiful place. While body is limited in time is space, the mind is not. The mind is as unlimited as the universe. It only depends how far you allow your mind to take you.
