My body is my equipment. No equipment is needed when you are willing to #MAXOUT. I maxed out rather quickly. Maybe because I have been working out 4 days in this week. Truth is that in the last month Ive maybe missed 2-3 days of workouts. This is just a whole new game. Its important to mix up your usual routine so that you continue to grow. These Beachbody products design the programs so that you are constantly pushing yourself. If youve been doing the same workout for months and see your results slowing down. At the beginning of every new workout I actually gain up to 5 pounds of water weight. Its just my bodys way of recovering from a new program. A few extra pounds can be scary but I LOVE it! This just means Im getting stronger. For when I gain 5 pounds, a week or 2 later, I lose 10! After 4 weeks when my body begins to get used to it, #insanitymax30 changes the workouts so that I continue to grow! Im excited for this journey!
