My book An Immoral Proposal is my true story recounting my growing up as a person of colour under South Africas apartheid government. Over the past three decades South Africa has been the focus of international news since the freeing of Nelson Mandela and the birth of a free South Africa and of course the death of Nelson Mandela earlier this year. Many people may have heard about apartheid through the media, but my book gives a first-hand account of what it was like to live under that hellish system. I inject a lot of humour to offset the misery under which we lived. The second half of the book is about my clandestine relationship with the boss son, no less, who is white! Romantic relationships werent only a big no-no, but it was illegal for which we could get arrested if caught followed by a 7-year prison sentence! Read what happened next...
