My booty is ON FIRE from yesterdays track workout! Our first circuit we did 10x stair sprints with about 300 curtsy lunges following them. Circuit #2 we did jump squats up the stairs with walking lunges and cooled down with a run. Im finding it harder and harder the further along I get in my pregnancy to work my lower body. At almost 6 months pregnant and baby girl sitting so low every time I do legs my lower back cramps up and hurts for days. Last night I really took the time to foam roll out my lower body and back as I was feeling horrible lower back pain. Today Im feeling the regular muscle aches that comes along with my track training with less back pain. Thank goodness!
