My brain is officially fried. Between unpacking, organizing essential stuff, thinking what input my crucial decisions will have in the future and managing a pesky cold, I reluctantly went to Ikea to pick up some pins for my bookshelves. The original pins have hidden themselves very successfully in one of the many boxes that still beckon. Unfortunately the shelves cannot be assembled without these pins, i.e. boxes do not get unpacked, i.e. chaos will continue to reign. - I was already halfway back home when I realised that 12 x 4 does not make 24. Back I went to get the same number of pins again. That was two hours time and 87 km of driving not really well spent. I shudder when I think about the ecological impact. I am quite sure that I am running on two neurons, but I am not sure if they are connecting...
