My brother bought me this album after him asking me what I wanted - TopicsExpress

My brother bought me this album after him asking me what I wanted for my birthday when I was around 15 or 16, only problem was he had to go into Manchester for it and then happened to leave it by a fruit machine somewhere close to the bus depot whilst killing time waiting for his transport home. He felt that bad about it he gave me the money to go and buy another copy from Spin A Disc on Higher Road , the place owned by that guy called Steve with the long hair who provided refuge for punks under his racks who were probably a little worse the wear from glue at times but never a hassle. I know names cos I knew a few but that isnt important, what is important is that I remember the finer details in that what ever you were buying was subconsciously assessed by those in the know which doesnt really happen nowadays because its just a job to most folks and the passion in the music industry isnt what it once was. Ive now also forgotten where I was going with this but I will say my Spin a Disc replacement album came on white vinyl with a small buckle on the opening track, unfortunately minus the original 3D thingy that was available once upon a time, but still with its subliminal Beatle messaging despite the cries of Sgt Pepper influences that they so obviously wore on their sleeve (pun intended.....all 4 fabs visible on the cover ) . https://youtube/watch?v=NYkBUoaS7P8
