My children have told me that when the good Lord calls me home. no matter what is said or sung this will be one of the songs sung at my funeral. [ i loved hearing this song before i lost my hearing. ] this song did not remind me of my dad no no no. it reminded me of when my children were little. before i got hurt and could never again work again i worked for 30 years and never did i take a vacation just never really wanted to. and really never had the money and was told that you need a vacation to recover from the vacation. my children never had fancy clothes or toys we did not have a nice car or a fancy home but the one thing that i made sure of was that my children did not go through the Hell like i went through. and that they would always know that there was love in my hands. watching them grow to be the great parents and God loving people they are today. all i can say is thank you God and Jesus. i hope and pray i did OK raising them.
