My children officially think im insane. First I showed them some videos & attempted to teach them some rad square dancing moves. (That was a big hit with the lil one, hes still running around screaming do si do your partner, Girls-not so impressed.) Then I tried to teach them how to sit quietly and meditate! Which they thought was just hilarious/ridiculous, and lasted all of 3 minutes before our silence was taken over by giggles!!!(But I really do think it would be a really good skill for us all to master, and would benefit all of us) so maybe Ill have better luck next time! #lovebeingacrazymom #ifreakmykidsoutsometimes #loveit
