My client messaged me last night - she is hoping to start a business making healthy versions of cheesecakes, fudges and baking etc. Also asked me if I would be so kind as to do a taste test. Dont need to ask me twice. Get in. Any suggestions for healthy alternatives to your fave treats are welcome :) the more ideas the better! Ive already baggsied anything with peanut/almond butter in it. Sorry.
