Yet it is a great shame wen suffering people post such. I also understand dat d LLG Pres hauslain was a stronghold supporters s his hausman was there. I wonder wat message did he say 2 dem. Both leaders lack capabilities. They need 2 humble themselves n own up n publicly apologise 2 d people of Okapa n simply admit dat they r incapable, n step out n let sum1, a visionary leader with intellectual capacity take d chair n lead us. It is very sad to feel dat we r far back s far s developments r taking place in other remote districts of highlands provinces. Do both leaders fully understand their roles n responsibilities?
