My conclusion and my video related with that topic.. My conclusion is ethical leaders must understand that positive relationship with all organizational stakeholders are the gold standard for all organizational efforts. Good quality relationships built on respect and trust are the most important determinants of organizational success. Ethical leaders should understand that these kinds of relationships germinate and grow in the deep rich soil of fundamental principles such as trust, respect, integrity, honesty, fairness, equity, justice and compassion. I want to add on, my recommendation to improve the working of educational leaders to improve the quality of higher education: 1. There should be more funds from the government, to overcome the weaknesses of the departments such as infrastructure, labs, and new books to manage the quality of higher education 2. Heads of departments should monthly review the course taught by the faculty, the number of assignments, quizzes conducted, and achievement of outcomes. 3. There should be increased in physical resources as building and IT resources. 4. There should be proper facilitation from the university to the respected department heads for the better teaching learning process. 5. Sufficient autonomy should be given to the heads. Results from my understanding after reading the two journals is I want to make a conclusion and this can be related to behavioral theory advocated by psychologists like Ivan Petrovich Pavlov, John B. Watson, Edward Lee Thorndike, and B.F Skinner. According to this theory, human behavior can be built by several stimuli. Therefore, a teacher or leader can be built to become more ethical and professional. In the context technical and vocational education, a leader in the profession needs to have ethics and behavior that can influence their staff. In the theory Tabula rasa suggested by Princeton University, this theory states that individuals are born without mental knowledge. Knowledge comes from experience and observation. Therefore, a teacher or leader should behave well for a role model to his organization. Here there is a video associated with this theory.
