My current smoker. Offset style smokers are different from the type smokers I have previously posted. Instead of the fire and wood being directly below the meat, offset smokers house the fire in a seperate chamber allowing air flow to basically pull smoke through the smoker and out the smoke stack on the opposite side of the fire box. I bought a floor model at home depot (didnt wann put together) and got $25 off. $150 bought me alot of smoker. Im really happy with this bad boy and can use it for so many things including using the smoke box (left side of smoker) as a small regular charcoal grill when I dont feel like smoking. The smoke box has nice grates and could heasily handle 30-40 wings 4-5 steaks anything along those lines. #SMOKESIGNALS #GETSMOKIN
