My days and nights are mixed up from sleeping under the influence of Shingles medication. Today was a little better, using some Lavender oil to reduce pain. Joe went to pick up new medication and of course they are out of stock and it wont be here till Monday. Have the epidural Monday. Have bad itching in right back of shoulder, no shingles rash was there, what the heck? To touch it is like touching a bad burn. This is the strangest disease. Lost ten pounds is the only good thing.
