My dd is almost a year old. NEVER slept more than 4-5 hours at a time at night, and even thats only happened twice. Shes up about every 3 hours, every night! I need help on gettin her to sleep better! I wont let her CIO. That seems cruel, plus, brothers room is close by and she will wake him if she cries too long/loud. Ive tried feeding her more, feeding her less, warm bath and routine every night, Advil on occasion for teething pain/fever, Benadryl (ONLY when her allergies are flared , which is quite often, as we live in west TX), co sleeping, not co sleeping, and everything else I can think of. Last night she was up every hour, multiple times an hour sometimes. Thats happened several times in the past month.. Im sick, from lack of sleep, and just plain exhausted. I need help mommies!!
