My deepest thoughts with the 2 French police officers families and to the 9 deaths related to the French media plus one other not mentioned yet....#CharlieHebdo But my real concern is this below which I am baffled and confused over... [So technically mass shootings that end with death around the globe are Terrorist attacks, but in the US they are 2nd Amendment rights to bear arms and shoot whoever as I am trying to weigh up all the mass shootings in America to date in which none have been labelled by media that American shootings are a form of Terrorism.... I am a little lost as the world calls it acts of terrorism like France, Australia and recently Norway (Anders Breivik). Can you help here why American mass shootings are usually not considered Terroristic?]
