My dog Jack can be a huge pain in the butt and the cost of his training and weekday walks would probably be better spent on a vacation to, mmm, anywhere, but waking up to see his sweet, funny face looking up by my side of the bed, patiently waiting for permission to jump up and curl into a ball for spooning reminds me that wherever I am with this goofy grown up puppy is exactly where I want to be. (I guess the same logic could be applied to Chris, except I dont have to walk him.)
