My eldest 2 children were snatched by a social worker backed up by social worker support worker under the guise of a family support worker. There was no police following orders because there was no court order, and certainly no consent. They used threats, psychological oppression, coercion, and violence towards my eldest daughter by grabbing her arm and yanking as hard as was necessary to force her to break her hold of my waist. They threaten me with arrest and coming back with police. After the kidnap they said I needed a mental health assessment and a parenting assessment and if I pass they would return my children, the mental health crisis team came out a few hours after the kidnap and wrote on their report no evidence of risk. Since that kidnap to this day weve never had a parenting assessment, yet all their perjury bullshit from that first case was reused in the other 2 cases, they even had to adjourn court several times throughout the last 2 cases to amend their nonsense because it made non sense. Article II (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group. Forcible transfer of children may be imposed by direct force or by fear of violence, duress, detention, psychological oppression or other methods of coercion. The Convention on the Rights of the Child defines children as persons under the age of 18 years. Why are they getting away with it? Is it because they cant comment on any individual case and we need to group together into one massive case?
