My experience in the subway of Taipei Taiwan were incredible. One of the cleanest well organized that I have ever seen around the world. The people in the Subways were so nice and respectful of each other. When its time to board the train, everyone stands in line no one cuts in line. They wait for the people on the train to step off before trying to get in. They even wait in orderly lines to go up the escalator! It was very cool and I am a little embarrassed about how we are in the subways and mass transit. One other cool learning was this... I asked about the people that were wearing masks (like surgical masks) that I have constantly seen through out the city. I asked were they wearing these because they were afraid to get sick and I was told they were wearing these so they would not make others sick! Wow how respectful is that? We could learn many lessons from the people and their culture here.
