My favorite breakfast: homemade granola (fiber, complex carbs), sunflower seeds (fat, protein, fiber, magnesium, B6, calcium, iron), pumpkin seeds (fat, protein, fiber, iron), chia seeds (fat, protein, fiber, calcium, magnesium), berries (beautifying vitamins + minerals, plus happy belly enzymes), turmeric (anti-inflammatory) and cinnamon (circulation booster, blood sugar regulator). Once a week Ill add maca (adaptogen, hormone regulator, vit C, iron) and raw cacao (antioxidants, protein, iron). Food is thy medicine! Your body is a gift! Health is wealth! (and it tastes good too :)
