My fibromyalgia started off with muscle spasms in my left trapezius. At the time, I was first diagnosed with Myofascial pain syndrome, which was in !999 considered temporary. I went through the trigger point injections as the rheumy suggested. And they are painful in themselves. Now, this stuff has spread to my entire body, which by info on the net is not suppose to, and they are saying now, I just have Fibromyalgia.
