My first semester of college at Pitt State is coming to an end and let me tell ya, its been the hardest one yet. Its been difficult being away from home with a baby and still being able to balance school and work. I definitely wouldnt be able to do all that I do without my boyfriend & our awesome support system back home. Sometimes I find myself wishing I could just stay home with Atticus forever, but then I remember we both deserve for me to reach my goals of finishing college & getting my degree. I know theres people out there who assumed we wouldnt amount to much, being young parents, but it just goes to show that you can do anything you put your mind to..and a baby is one of the BIGGEST motivators out there! One semester closer to my dream job of being an awesome social worker!
