My first sound bath experience. Described as a journey with music, removing negative energies, clearing chakras and a positive experience. Wow, wow and wow! The range of sounds, the vibrations, the tones. I was conscious and unconscious, deep and light, in my body, out of my body, felt the energy as warmth, cold, sometimes pain, aching, tingling. I was moving but still, in the moment, near and then far. I was me and then I was nothing. It was a fantastic trip and journey, amazeballs.
