My friend Brittania Hurst brought up a great point in a reply to my post about the guy who brilliantly( sarcasm) shot up a Jewish Center...and ended up killing a white Grandfather and Grandson ...Her point was that why isnt the news labeling this an act of terrorism? The man is going to be prosecuted for a hate crime....yet ...being a member of the KKK..( a group with a long standing history of domestic terror) why does he not fall under the same category and Timothy Mcveigh or the Uni Bomber? Was his act not designed to strike terror in the Jewish community? While Yes the Klan is a hate group thats known for their marches...and the occasional adopt a highway stuff...theyve also bombed churches..killed children...murdered innocent people...etc... All to further their cause of racial hate...Is that not what we say the Muslims did...( only it was over religious hate) and fought 2 wars for the last decade about? when you call out Hitlers name...and belong to a group known for terrorist activity...its much more than just a hate crime...he was going on a shooting spree targeting the entire public....So imma need the media to start calling people who act out in violence with the intention of sending a message to the public at large...to label them the correct label ...which is..a Domestic Terrorist.
