My friend Matt posted this earlier, probably because of a friend of his that was hostile to God & blames Him for every bad thing that happens. I wrote this in response: Matt, Its just because there are ignorant people in the world. They want it both ways...they dont want to believe in Him or acknowledge Him, they dont want to know what He has said about life, how to live it or what happens to you when its over, but when something bad happens, they want to blame Him. They dont want to hear that we humans live in a fallen world of our own making, that God didnt want it to be that way but He gave us free will so we could do our own thing, with or without Him. The choice that humanity made so long ago to abandon Gods ways & His plans for us, have brought terrible misery to all who have lived since. But when some bad or evil thing happens because of this, some people expect God to change the laws of the universe, of cause & effect, of bad lifestyle choices & behavior, of the evil that men do to each other or just the terrible idea that the rain falls on the just & the unjust...Ive got news for them, God will not take away the free will decision that humanity made eons ago...but as you & I know, He has made a provision to make things right one day. And if these people would put aside their confused prejudice of God, they can be part of this wonderful future...all they have to do is ask...
