My friend Nikki said she knew her role in the world. "To be the nice "guy" & play the hero." Ive known my place now for awhile I just havent been wanting to accept it. Me, Im the nice guy who will never be scared to call anyone on their the bullshit. Ill be ur best friend & the dude who punt kicks ur ass into action when u havent yet found that strength to yet. Im the guy who will tell u to make different mistakes not the same damn ones on repeat. Ill be there for u even if ur too clueless or seemingly undeserving of it. "Ill be a hero with a dark edge that will steer toward the dawn." Ive always wanted to be remembered & ya know what? I am. If ppl think of me as a jerk or as their greatest friend, as a mistake or as a beautiful accident that they knew or know me...then thats a win for me. Then Im a legend no matter what. I can definitely wear that crown. ;) #EternalEarthShaker. ^_^
