My friend over at Art by Starla Moore made this, and Im sharing it because she makes some very good points! More and more lately, random pages who want to share my work will upload my images to their own page instead of pressing the share button. Most of the time, these pages will credit me, but they wont credit the photographer who took the photo or any of the designers who sent me things to model that were used in the images. If you press the share button instead, all of the proper credits will be there in the captions still. And any likes, shares, and comments will be directed to the original post. It breaks my heart when I see my images re-uploaded and I see dozens of comments on the photo from people who have no idea that I didnt even see the comments they left for me. I like to be able to acknowledge all of my comments with likes and replies but I cant if I have no idea that the comments are being left on my photos! So please hit that share button instead of re-uploading my images to your own pages!!
