My friends I am in a pickle. We have decided to peddle our wares at the Indianapolis Home Show this year on Friday the 24th, Saturday the 25th and Sunday the 26th of January. Im told there will be a lot of people there. Well, duh. But, how many cupcakes and iced sugar cookies should I bring to sell? I plan to make pancake and bacon, cookies and cream, butter pecan, a variety of banana, peanut butter cup, red velvet, french vanilla, loaded carrot and white cupcakes. Plus, well have our decorated sugar cookies. I really dont have a good feel for the quantities to take. What are your thoughts? Well be selling everything in 6 packs.
