At a cost of $4 per pair plus shipping, I decided to mill my own set of couplers. So, using two different sizes of styrene tubing on hand, I interlocked the two tubes with CA, cut to length, then milled a key notch and female receiving clasp for connecting the male knuckles on the flywheels. Saved me $10, and restored a free locomotive to working order.
