My hard earned money will not be going to these to places if I can help it. One is Home Depot I have a service agrement to fix a honda mower that was less than a year old. I sent it to a authorized shop Friday and on Monday found my service plan. Made a call and let them know it was at a shop they said thats ok on Wednesday we will call you with calim information just let us know what shop has it. Guess what they set it up with someone else and will not change it. They want me to pick it up and take it to the other place. Anyone else having problems finding any good service anymore. The other place it brazos tractor and equipment purchased a weed eater last year and the pull string broke off after three months. They said I was pulling it to hard. I said it was a factory defect. So last year I waited three weeks then called yes sir its been fixed we just lost your ticket and could not call you. So here we are again this year the pull string is broken again I just cant harnest the super power I have that keeps breaking the pull string. So now I call and its fixed on Tuesday just need the paper work to be finished because it is a factory defect this time. Called back on Wednesday and no one can do the paper work today why dont I call back Thurday and check. Stop all this why dont you get the paper work done and call me back Thursday why do I have to do the foot work again for a service department. If I have to place the call it will be my last call to them. My hard earned money will not go to these places if I can help it.
