My husband and I recieved our Native Cherokee Names yesterday we are very honored. Many Blessings and many Thanks to Circle of Twelve Elders and My brother Elder Anthony Quentin Vaughan .He returned from his Spiritual Gathering and we have decided to present you and your husband with these names. For your name we prayed and agreed upon (Asgitsga Yona Adanvdo) which means (Dreaming Bear Spirit). It was chosen because of your animal spirit, your beautiful grasp of the language and spiritual knowledge, and your ability to see dreams which is one of the most greatest gifts of the Creator. I told them of your prayers and joy you bring to so many people. They were very pleased and I hope that you will be too and accept this gift. Your husband the prayer and blessing gave us (Dohiyi Towodi) which means (Peace Hawk). We sensed a warrior spirit but peaceful spirit from him and definitely the spirit of the hawk from him too. Since he has South American decent which Tsalagi people have also we felt that his name needed to have the hawk present who is the sub messenger of the Eagle who brings messages from and to the Creator. I hope that both of you are pleased with these and accept them on behalf of our Circle of Twelve Elders each representing a essential part of this medicine circle. If you do not chose these there is no ill will or hardened hearts here. A name given does not have to be accepted as people think. Sometimes our name changes many times in our life times and we may not feel ready for such a gift. I must rest now so I will wait for your correspondence tomorrow. May you and your husband be blessed every step you take down the Red Road...Osda Usvi, Tsisqua
