My intention for this page is to share information, tips and videos and perhaps experiences that intuitively I feel will be beneficial for others to be exposed to. For years now, I read inspirational quotes every day; I also listen to inspirational videos as a way of bringing new information into my life. My life experience was full of challenges; reading and listening to others who have experienced similar events in their lives made me realize that I was okay, that I had not done anything wrong. I felt inspired to grow, to ask for help when I needed it; I developed the courage to look at my shadow side and to take responsibility for my life. I will share information that has served me and that currently motivates me. I will also send fliers promoting the services that I offer. The different modalities that I use and share with my clients are the modalities that have been more supportive to me during my journey. I will also be happy to read your postings and feedback. I see this energy as a garden full of “heart seeds” that we all need to attend to. By taking care of ourselves, loving ourselves unconditionally, learning and practicing forgiveness, developing compassion, empathy, kindness and generosity we contribute to the well-being of the universal garden of authentic love. It is in this garden that our heart seeds grow. Emotional energy is a true motivator of the human body and spirit. Love in its purest form – unconditional – is the substance of the divine. We are not fluent in love, but spend our life learning about it. Each of our life challenges is a lesson in some aspect of love. Over each of our lifetimes, the energy of our heart focuses on our feelings about our internal world, our emotional response to our own thoughts, ideas, attitudes, and inspirations as well as the attention we give to our emotional needs. This level of commitment is the essential factor in forming healthy relationships with others. Remorse, sadness, bitterness, jealousy, envy, fear, lack of trust and commitment, betrayal, anger, hatred and the inability to forgive have their origins in the past. The presence of these emotions in our lives indicates that there is an energy block that needs to be released, explored, and transformed. Our heart chakra is closed and often there is a manifestation in the form of disease in our bodies. I am inspired to support you as you take care of your OWN garden. Planting “heart seeds” of love, nourishing them, watering, weeding them. The more energy we put into our “heart seeds” the more our reality will reflect the fruits of love and we will experience true power.
