My kids are a product (mostly) of what I teach. At any time, they may choose to think & do as they please. But I will continue to impose my beliefs. For example, I picked up Miranda & her BFF from the movies awhile back. They were talking about the movie, The Butler & Miranda told her friend she wasnt watching it. She tried to explain the Jane Fonda connection... went over her friends head. Oh well. Yesterday, Columbus Day came up. I said we didnt celebrate the day. Max asked why. Em told him that it was because Columbus came in, took the Natives home from them and made them sad. She learned it at school. :) I may not always be right, but my beliefs are my own.
