My last Holiday was spent in Ibadan @ Akinyele LG, Moniya to be precise and the atmosphere was politically tempting. In my observation, a lot of people seem not to be okay with the situation of things. Firstly, No Chairman in any LG, Ajumobi didnt conduct election. Secondly, the set of people complaining abt the government seem to be Urching guys or illegal trader along Sabo road. They are not pleased bcz such act is not pratical in Oyo state anymore. Thirdly, market women seem to be annoyed with Ajumobi bcz of the kick against hawking and selling by the road side and they claimed Ajumobi did not provide them with alternative. I didnt not see employed person complaining, the teachers seem happy but what about unemployed people. Though some unemployed people seem to be pleased with government bcz of physical development but expressed their dissatifaction towards lack of youth empowerment. Though there was no light in my area for almost 4days and reason say no to Ajumobi but I think its okay than Akala regime. Also people talked more of #Ladoja as someone that can make things more better and bcz he was not really allowed to show what he has in stock then. Lets wait and see. Feburary is around the corner.
