My last night with just mom and the dogs. My visit has been graced by the screech and soar of redtail hawks, grazing dear, a waddling skunk, wide-eyed cotton tail rabbits, butterflies, fireflies and hummingbird moths, chirping swallows that dart across skies that one night are delicate lace and cotton candy, the next, marble and shale, shot with veins of lightning. Thank you, Nature, and all who respect and protect her.
