My membership at Bannatyne ends on Thursday. Ive had a wonderful time and would like to show my appreciation to everyone who has helped me along my journey back to good health. Which was a serious job. I had completely lost my way when my younger sister died suddenly. She would have been the first the kick my ass for letting myself get into that state. (Love you always Baby Sis, make you proud). Thank you to the personal trainers that worked me hard, even to the point of being sick. Who made me sprint at nearly 19 stone. Who reminded me of the athlete I used to be and could be again. Who showed me I could lose weight over the age of 40 and pushed me each and every day through my whinning. Thank you to all the members who made it feel so much like home. A huge thank you to all my family for their love, support, belief and faith in me. Remember where I started from. I will miss you all. Its time for me to step it up and take my training to the next level. 💪💪❤️❤️💃💃💋💋
