My mom and i took the kids and dog for a walk down to the dog park and river this morning. We found out the dog park has a whole dog course. So we took duchess through it. It was amazing how well she did the first time around. She jumped through the hoop went up the teeter totter and was not afraid when it went down and would not go through the tunnel but ran next to it. :) it was awesome :) she is so smart! Now we are heading to the pool to have some grandma Tammy Stannard time! Justin is on his second day no smoking and it doing incredible! So very proud of him!
