My morning consisted of a 3-ring bureaucratic circus of transferred phone calls in my attempt to get an answer to a question. The City Managers office said they couldnt help me and that I needed to talk to the Building Dept. and I was transferred there where I was told that they couldnt help me and I needed to talk to the Police Dept. and I was transferred there, to be told that they couldnt help me and that I needed to talk to the City which is where my phone call started in the first place. I laughed and laughed.....
