My mother Ida passed away in her sleep this morning, 93 1/2 years young, a wonderful, beautiful woman who not only gave our family boundless love, but also built the foundation from which I lived my life. You were my guiding light, my moral support, my good friend at all times and my confidant in periods of doubt, picking me up when I was down- and nudging me even further after an achievement. Thank you Mom so very much for all that youve done for me, for our family- and for all who were blessed to know you in this life. Im certain youre with the good Lord in Heaven... where you will live for all Eternity. I will love you always... The Birthday Angel you gave me is standing next to the Memorial Candle Ive lit tonight in your honor. I miss you so much... You always told me Dont rest on your laurels... Dont worry- I wont... and Ill make sure everything I do and achieve in my life going forward will bring you a smile... I wish you everlasting peace and joy.... Love forever, Gene
