My mother is trying to remember the name of a womans clothing store on Sweden Street, fairly close to the Powers Theater, back in the 1950s and 60s (and maybe beyond that). She says it was two floors, with a winding staircase in the middle. And it had pneumatic tubes which would send a piece of paper with your purchase and send it to some other part of the store to the billing desk (or something like that!). She says it was a fairly upscale shop It was not Lupos or LS Halls, or Penneys. Any ideas??
