My name is Claire. I am a stay-at-home mum of two boys, and have a passion for wooden toys. My aim is to showcase beautiful, classic wooden toys, reminiscent of the toys I remember playing with as a child, from brands such as Tobar, Melissa & Doug, Viga, and Orange Tree Toys. I also stock beautiful baby toys from Skip Hop. All of the toys I stock are manufactured to a high standard, are competitively priced and fun for children of all ages. Wooden toys inspire creative and imaginative play in children. The right toys allow children to fine-tune their dexterity and motor skills and help to develop important problem-solving skills. The natural textures of wooden toys stimulate children’s senses by encouraging them to touch, feel and explore. They can increase attention span and spatial awareness. Wooden toys appeal to generation after generation, not only because they are durable, but also because they never go out of fashion.
