I really screwed over the Herbranson family. Let me tell you all about it. They paid me $2500 dollars to fix their transmission in May of this year. I took cash and didnt give them a receipt (computer glitch Hahaha). I gave them a verbal warranty. When they brought it back to me a month and a half later, I saw haw my incompetence had messed up the vehicle worse than it was before. I told them I would have it fixed ASAP. LOL I strung them along for four months telling them I needed this part or that one, I loaned it to an employee that lost the $200 key, I went on a canoe trip while the van sat in my lot, I went to a Linkin Park concert in Colorado (and left the window open so it would rain in the van) . You know they deliver pot to you for a donation there. I finally gave them there van back and said I couldnt fix it. I hear they spent $2200 renting a car while I jerked them around. They called Problem Solvers but I told them I wasnt a business. Hahaha! Alan says he is going to sue me. Not the first time! Ask Miesha Brown. I still owe her over $2100. I should only do oil changes but found if I can talk all suave, I can make a lot of money pretending to be Dependable Auto.
