My new neighbours who moved in about 10 months ago across from me...well, I have concluded that in fact...they are... vampires. Now, before any of you try to dislodge me of this most logical suspicion, let me lay out the facts and argue my case. They never come out when the sun is high. In fact, they seldom come out at all. They never turn on ANY lights at night. They never return from stores with groceries (okay, so I never noticed any of that stuff, but my neighbour who knows everything going on here, has recounted all this to me in great detail when she caught me coming in one evening).They keep all the drapes shut tight, and the ONE time that one of their drapes in the living-room was slightly open, I ...and mind you, I was innocently star gazing at the time, so lest you think me some midnight stalker, anyway....I happened to glance in the direction of the parted drapes and a man in black ducked out of my view and soundlessly I saw the drapes close. Peering past him, there was some faint orange glow in the backdrop, and NO furniture.None. Nada. Nowhere. Hmmmmm. So Im thinking drug house, FBI surveillance or the OBVIOUS conclusion....vampires. Yeup.
