My next door neighbor, 80 years old, lived here most of his life, desperately needs help with getting problem with storm water run-off resolved. City needs to fix a broken water run-off pipe so water does not run in his basement every time it rains an inch or more. Video is of lake in street, and river running into his basement (1320 Mordecai Drive) recorded 10/27/13, it is worse now ! City has been out to asses the problem, 2 yrs. or more later STILL NOT FIXED ! He has 4 sump pumps to help, still floods ! Again, he is 80 years old and does not need the stress in his life, lived here over 65 years. If we can possibly get some public support, the city will fix this issue along with other projects in the budget !
