Rode my first horse at 5, took lessons from then on, did demos for my teacher on the polo string he kept for the stable owner at 10 3. This one no one will believe, I was painfully shy as a child 4. My ambition was to be an English teacher, 5. Got my job with Western Airlines by applying with every airline in the Bay area, applied alphabetically... 6. Met Dave in SFO in 1966... he was the bag room supervisor in SFO 7. I am morbidly afraid of heights, but flying and riding -even jumping horses does not bother me 8. Retired from Delta Airlines in Lexington KY, met Penny Chenery there!! If you have to ask... know also Secretariat is my all time sports hero!! (. I have raised African Violets since I was 17....
