I think that at the moment the Engineering Society is stable, and its time to look at expanding and improving our services as enrollment continues to rise and we have more students. You can find more information about what I want to do on my website, crawfordforops, but for now heres a quick little run-down: Long-Term Planning - Encourage and support the use of long-term planning - Ensure that financial decisions are made properly - Intentionally shape the identity and brand of the Engineering Society Optimization - Refine the changes made to the Engineering Society structure last year - Expand the role of the Director of Human Resources - Develop better transitional practices Liability and Risk Management - Identify and assess the vulnerabilities of the Engineering Society - Ensure that students are properly protected - Focus on preparation and prevention Resource Creation - Create tools and strategies that can be used by all - Focus on helping new clubs and teams get access to the tools they need - Collaborate with other universities
