My public service announcement for the day: I just took out our trash. In the alley on the ground I found someones investment statement. It had blown across the alley from a neighbors trash. It had all the information Id need to steal an identity and really mess up their stuff. It is TOTALLY worth the $20 or $30 to buy a paper shredder. Nothing vital leaves this house before it is shredded. And at my house I always empty the cat box onto the shredded papers just for added benefit. And for those thinking about what I did with the paper I found...its been shredded and added to our trash. Youre welcome, Neighbor!
