My real estate friends!! What a waste! I got an email this morning about a beautiful home in Solana Beach. It was on broker caravan from 1 through 4 today. I just hate to see agents that cannot do an open house. One of the worst Ive ever been to, I even tried to get a question and looked her in the eyes and she diverted her eyesight from me. The home is over 3 million bucks if I were this homeowners friend coming in to see how my agency was doing with the sale of my property I would recommend he fire them. In fact I would recommend every homeowner have a friend or relative call the agency or visit the open house and critique it! Oh yeah, online flyer was great.
