My respects to Judy Turner, I was blessed I got to see a glimpse of her warm caring soul whenever I had the honor of giving her, her occasional shampoo and blow dry when shed grace us with her presence in the salon. I will never forget those moments,the conversations, or the fact that she could roll a perm in 30 minutes. The industry has lost a beautiful wise person but heaven has gained an angel. Her loved ones are in my prayers.
