My scooter is returned, the crutches are put away, I havent worn my boot since Sunday. Yep just me and my new little easy spirit slip on shoes. Im slow getting around and trying to focus on walking straight, because I have a habit of leaning in on my outside foot. Its coming along but that old stubborn toe just doesnt want to bend. Yes I am listening to myself as well and still ice and elevate, Im determined not to go backwards, Ive worked to hard for this. I seriously thought I would just take off and walk when I got the ok, I mean I have walked for 50plus years, but it doesnt work that way.
